of 31 July 2014
on the definition of the nature protection zones of the Protected Landscape Areas of Kokořín - Mách Region
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Definition of zones
(1) Tiered nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as "zones") are defined in the Protected Landscape Area of Kokořín - Mách's Shipyard (1).
(2) The indication of the boundaries of the zones on the basis of the cadastral map, including the electronic form, is stored in the Central List (2).
(3) The indicative graphical representation of the zones in the territory of the Protected Landscape Region of Kokořín - Máchov Region is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 September 2014.
