THE LAW
of 7 June 2007
amending Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the protection of classified information and on security competence
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the protection of classified information and on security competence, is amended as follows:
1. in § 2 (d), the words "the urban part of the capital of Prague" shall be inserted after the words "the capital of Prague."
2. in Paragraph 2 (e), the following point 9 is inserted after point 8:
"9. At the City of Prague, the Secretary of the City Office, and if not the Mayor of the City,."
Points 9 to 13 shall become points 10 to 14.
3. in Article 2 (e) (13), "10" is replaced by "11."
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
