COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 22 April 2005
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.2.2005 and 30.4.2005:
1. Collective contract of a higher degree (January 2005 for the period from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005 Part A - General; Part B - Wage between 1 January and 31 December 2005)
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
Association of Czech Furniture.
(2) Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (of 7 February 2005) to a collective agreement concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of a higher degree (dated 2 March 2005 for the period from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2006) concluded between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 7 March 2005 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 August 2006) concluded between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
Association of educational facilities for rural development.
5. Appendix 1 (of 31 March 2005) to the collective agreement of the higher degree concluded between
Czech Energy Union,
Trade union of nuclear workers
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
