of 21 May 2003
amending Act No 215 / 2002 Coll., on a state bond programme to raise funds for the provision of repayable financial assistance from the State Budget to cover the payment of compensation from the Cooperative Guarantee Fund
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No 215 / 2002 Coll., on a state bond programme to obtain funds for the provision of repayable financial assistance from the State budget to cover the payment of compensation from the Cooperative Guarantee Fund, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (2), "CZK 1 200 000 'is replaced by" CZK 2 000 000 000'.
2. In Article 1, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The total expenditure of the State Budget approved by the State Budget Act in the financial year in which the funds thus obtained will be used may be exceeded by the funds obtained under this Act. This overrun shall be amended in the relevant financial year by the balance of the State budget and the appropriations. ';
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
