amending and supplementing Decree No. 68 / 1964 Coll., on the delegation of the competence of the State Administration in Railway Matters, and Decree No. 11 / 1979 Coll., on the competence of national rail administrations in the field of state technical supervision on railways
The Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications provides pursuant to § 19, 20 and 29 of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 104 / 1974 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 68 / 1964 Coll., on the delegation of the State Administration's jurisdiction in railway matters, is amended as follows:
In Section 1, the words "the Central Directorate of Czechoslovak State Railways and" shall be inserted after the word "performing."
Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport No 11 / 1979 Coll., on the competence of national rail administrations on the section of state technical supervision on railways, is amended as follows:
In Section 1, the words "the Central Directorate of the Czechoslovak State Railways," are inserted after the words "to be entrusted."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1988.
