DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Communications
of 11 December 1975
issuing the Telephone Regulations
The Federal Ministry of Communications, in agreement with the competent central authorities pursuant to § 3 (5) and § 22 of Act No. 110 / 1964 Coll., on Telecommunications, provides:
§ 1
Preliminary provisions
(1) The conditions for the establishment and use of telephone equipment and the provision of other telephone services by the administration are laid down in the Telephone Regulations annexed to this Decree (1).
(2) The rates for the setting up and use of telephone equipment and other telephone services of the administration for which the Telephone Regulations lay down the conditions are laid down in the Telephone Tariff (2).
§ 2
Scope
(1) The provisions of the Telephone Regulations concerning the conditions for telephone contact apply only to the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist republity.3)
(2) The telephone schedule contains:
(a) general provisions;
(b) the terms and conditions of telephone subscriptions;
(c) provisions on telephone traffic.
§ 3
Repeal
The Telephone Regulations of 1965, approved by the Central Administration of Communications No. 10 332 - T - 1964, the issue of which was notified in the amount of 15 Collection of Acts of 1965, as amended by the Decree of the Central Administration of Communications No. 3419 / 1966 - T / 5, the issue of which was notified in the amount of 7 / 1966 Coll., the issue of which was notified in the amount of 7 / 1970 Coll.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1976.

1) The Telephone Regulations and the Telephone Schedule are published as special publications available at the Transport and Communications Publishing Office, Prague 1, Hybernská 5. They can be consulted by the Federal Ministry of Communications and by organisations, establishments and facilities (public calls - see also note 3).
2) The telephone schedule, its changes and accessories are announced in the Bulletin of the Federal Ministry of Communications, its publication is announced in the Collection of Laws - see also note 3).
3) The conditions for international telephone calls shall be laid down in the International Telephone Code, issued by the International Telecommunications Union. The rates applicable in international telephone traffic are set out in the "Overview of rates in international telephone traffic of CSSR." The International Telephone Order (possibly its translation) can be consulted at intercity telephone exchanges in Prague, Bratislava, all regional cities and in other cities where the offices of transit telephone exchanges are indicated on the map in each telephone list. The Overview of rates in international telephone contact can be seen in public calls. His changes and accessories are being announced in the Bulletin of the Federal Ministry of Communications.
