Decree of the Ministry of National Defence
of 23 October 1947
on the entry dates of members of the replacement advance of the year of birth 1922 and older in military training and the entry dates of doctors, zodiacs and pharmacists to the presence service and military training in 1948.
The Ministry of National Defence declares pursuant to § 15, paragraph 5 of the Czechoslovak Defence Act, as amended by the Decree of the Minister of National Defence of 26 February 1934, No. 30 Coll.:
(1) For members of the reserve reserve of the year of birth 1922 and for senior members of the reserve who have been extended ex officio by the transfer of military training, the starting dates for military training shall be 1948.
(a) 2 May 1948 for farmers and conscripts who, according to their education, may be assigned to schools for advance officers;
(b) 1 July 1948 for all other goals, with the exception referred to in paragraph 2.
(2) For doctors, zodiacs and masters of pharmacy, the starting dates shall be 2 January, 2 May and 1 September 1948.
(3) Branches shall be called upon to the starting dates referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 by means of individual call tickets.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
