Government Decree No. 176 / 2014 Coll.

In order to ensure the conservation of the nature and landscape of Kokorín and Dokeska, the Protected Landscape Region of Kokorín - Mách Region is hereby declared.

(1) The mission of the protected landscape area is to preserve and restore its natural environment, in particular ecosystems of wild fauna and flora, to preserve and restore the ecological functions of the territory and to preserve the typical nature of the landscape while developing an environmentally optimal system of land use and its natural resources.

(2) The object of the protection of the protected landscape area is the unique landscape of Dubska, Mšenska, Libechovska, Kokorín mine, Jestřebska, Dokeska, Podbodězí, Ralska, Poločně mountains and niva Ploučnice, Libechovska and Púšovice with unique geomorphological formation, such as flat pans with numerous ponds and peatlands, rock towns and canonical valleys, quadre sandstone, non-ovulcanic hills, naturally meandruring flow of the river Ploučnice and valley of the rivers of Liběchovky and on them, harmoniously shaped species of plants and animals with a significant representation of trees outside the cultural and historical monuments, and heritage-shaped objects, which have a significant environmental activity of the nature of the nearby forest, with the forest, natural nature. Nature habitat types and species for which European sites and bird areas have been declared are also protected.

(1) The Protected Landscape Area is located in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region, the Ústí Region and the Liberec Region and is divided into two parts, the Kokořín Region and the Dokek Region.

(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the protected landscape area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

(3) An indicative graphical representation of the protected landscape area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

The territory of the protected landscape area is divided into 4 zones of graduated nature conservation.

(1) The entire territory of the protected landscape area is possible only with the prior consent of the competent nature conservation authority

(a) indicate walking, cycling, riding, running and other similar routes, routes and paths;

(b) take-offs and landings with sports flying equipment outside the airport (1);

(c) carry out marking of climbing terrain and maintenance of climbing facilities, including permanent means of securing;

(d) conduct climbing activities outside the climbing terrain marked in accordance with (c);

(e) to operate on water courses and areas of water sports;

(f) adjust watercourses, in particular to create transverse barriers, steps and thresholds, to interfere with coastal areas or to move sediment;

(g) to remove lithoral crops of ponds and other water areas and floating or submerged vegetation;

(h) de-mud ponds and other water areas and store extracted sediment;

(i) to carry out underground drilling for the purpose of water exploration and collection, except for wells and wells for personal use; or

j) organise and organise events involving more than 100 participants outside the established territory of the municipality.

(2) The prior agreement of the competent nature conservation authority is not necessary for the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (e), (g), (h) and (j) on the water surface of Mach Lake.

(3) Geological work, mining activities and activities carried out in a mining manner in a protected landscape area must not prejudice the typical relief of the landscape, its aquatic regime and ecological stability, significant geomorphological bodies or other living and inanimate elements of nature.

(4) In restoring and educating forests, persons under other legal provisions (2) shall advance to contribute to the conservation or improvement of the natural species composition of forests, with priority being given to the natural restoration of forest areas in the I and II zones.

(5) In the protection and use of surface and groundwater, persons authorised under another legislation (3) shall act in such a way as to contribute to the maintenance of natural conditions for the life of aquatic and wetland ecosystems, while preserving the natural nature and nature of the close appearance of watercourses, waterareas and wetlands. When adjusting or maintaining watercourses, these persons shall proceed in such a way as to restore the natural or nature close to the watercourses trough.

Decisions issued by the Cookorian Protected Landscape Region Administration under current legislation remain in force.

The Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 19 March 1976 No 6070 / 76 on the establishment of the protected landscape area "Kokoríny ', extending in the Central Bohemian Region in the territory of the district of Měník and in the North Bohemian Region in the territory of the districts of Česká Lípa and Litoměřice, is hereby repealed.

This Regulation shall take effect on 1 September 2014.

The border leads from the intersection of roads II / 273 and III / 25931 at the train station Lhotka near Mělnik on the road III / 25931 in a northern direction of about 500 m to the former railway crossing of the cancelled railway from Lhotka to the Centre and from there on the route of the cancelled railway [plot No 2035 in the cadastral territory (hereinafter referred to as "K.") High at Mělník] to local communication (land no. 1850 in K. High at Mělník), on which he heads north through Bundol to Vysoká. In Vysoká, following this local communication at the crossroads with the road III / 2733 at the church, along the given road in the western direction of the municipalities about 300 m up to the turn in the north direction towards the local road Choleč, through which he passes after the interrupted local communication (lands No 656 / 2, p. 11 and 654 / 2 in the K. Ú. Choleč near Mělnik) and is connected to the road III / 2738, on which he heads in the north direction via the Upper Winter at the crossroads III / 27310, along which he continues in the west direction to the road I / 9. On this road, the village of Želíza passes to the turning point of the local communication to the swimming pool (land No 1046, 1047 and 1048 in the kú. Želíze) and from the intersection of the local roads near the swimming pool in the western direction (land No 1058 in the kú. Želíza) about 500 m around the chat area to the turning point of the west road first copying the chat site (from land No 442 / 81 to land No 442 / 83 everything in the k.ú. Libechov kůch) and further along the forest road through the land No 442 / 1 and 442 / 74 in the w.ú. Libechov (according to the geodetic direction of the border) to land No 439 v k.ú. Libechov. Libechov, along the southern border of road No 1272. From there it continues northwest along the forest border to local communication from Liběchov (from the agricultural area) to Ješovice, on which it continues to Ješovice to the memorable tree of the linden. From there it goes northwest along the local communication and along the field road to the southern tip of the forest plot No. 294 in K. Ješovice and further along the forest road leading to the Count Chapel and further to the Mariánska Chapel, from the crossroads near the Mariánska Chapel heading northwest along the forest road and further to Brocna through the village on the road III / 26118 and heading to the Prussia. Here he turns on road III / 26123 through Vesel to Újezce, where he turns on local communication (mostly plot 447 in K. Ú. Ústí u Čoubuze) in a northern direction to the intersection with road III / 2693, where he dodges east direction of approximately 700 m, then turns on local communication (plot No 561 in K. Ú. Mošnice) to Mošnice. The border runs from there against the stream Obrtka (Obrocké potok) to Tuhana to road III / 2695, on which it continues at the intersection with road II / 260. From here from Tuhana it continues along the road II / 260 through Tuhanec, Ostrok, Domasice at the intersection of Skalka, from which it continues along the road III / 2605 to the Gemini Vedeles and beyond the village Gemini crosses to the body of the railway (line Litoměřice - Úštěk - Česká Lípa), which copies the northern, later east and downstream of the railway station Svělínky, where the railway bridge through the Bobří potovoda crosses to the road III / 2601 and in the direction of the border from the north to the eastern border of the land no. 393, 388, 384 and 385, after the stream continues to its current to the road III / 2606, after which it converts the eastern direction to the border, which goes to the border of the Borebound to the road of the road of the Bódní přížice III / 2601. On this road it continues towards Dubou, at the intersection with road III / 2603 it crosses it and over Susici returns to road III / 2601 and continues through Woodchica to Dubé, which passes through the streets of Dlouhá, Cesklipská, Sadová and Nedamovská (partly already road III / 27325) until the junction at the Black Pond, where it turns on the road III / 2705 and leads via Korce to Tachová, where about 600 m before the pavement turns on the field road and continues in the southeast direction to the local road from Tachov and then continues along the direction to Ždírec. In front of it, it is connected to road III / 27325, continues on the original route of the road via Ždírec and Luka at the intersection with road II / 273, on which it continues in the southern direction to Ždár and on the road Nosálov, Lobeč, Mšené to the municipality of Nebužela, where it turns from road II / 273 to Nebuží, which passes on the route of the old road (lands No 1961 / 9 and 1961 / 13 in K. Ú. Nebužela), returns to the road II / 273 and continues through the Roads to the intersection with road III / 25931 (starting point of description).

From the southern edge of the land No. 1225 in kú. no-děz (Old Mělnický road) leads to the northern border of the forest (virtually forest-land) to the local road (land No. 1129 / 1 in k.ů. 4 and 1104 / 1 in the town of Nozděz), on the southern border of the land No. 672 / 1 and 681 / 4 in k.ú. Bezděz to the local road (land No. 1138 in k.ú. Bezděz, on the northeastern direction, on the southern border (land No. 1120 and 1112 in kú. Bezděz), on the local road No. 1113 / 1 in k.ú. Following the Máchov trail, it continues in the northwest direction about 2500 m (it copies the trail), along the forest road on the land no. 1181 / 1 in the K. Bezděz comes to the crossroads of the forest roads and continues along the forest road (the land no. 1182 v. ú. On this road, around 215 m continues in the northwest direction to the watercourse on the plot No 743 / 2 in the subbezdězí Obora in Podbezdězí, after which it turns northerly, it passes on the plot of the Poselské Pond (plot No 142 / 1 in K. Obora in Podbezdězí), after which the western border is circumvented by Obora, on its north edge returning to the road I / 38, on which it continues to the intersection with the local road, along which it continues about 500 m to the recreation area of the Poslu mill, where it goes again to the plot of the Poselských Pond. From the northern edge of the Poselské Pond there is a recreational area around the northern edge of the Poselské Pond along its eastern and northern edge, from there it continues the local communication on plot No 3094 in K. Ú. Doksy near Máchov Lake 120 m in northeast direction, circling the area along the border of the forest grounds no 3063 in K. Doksy near Máchov Lake (this land is not in the protected landscape and from the intersection of roads No 3070 and 1301 in the north-west direction. Dokdy at Mach Lake 1299 and 1298 continue in the northern direction along the border of the construction of the city of Doksy, before and along the eastern border of the pawestable area to road II / 270, where the land No 1381, 3006 / 6, 1298 and 1298 are not in the area. On the road II / 270, approximately 1000 m north-east to the crossing with the river Jordan, following its flow (downstream), continuing around 130 m, moving east along the border of the forest (the area includes niva, not including forest land with recreational development) of approximately 640 m to the southern tip of the land of Mach Lake (the land no. 2613 / 1 in the k. The dokty of Mach Lake), continuing along the shores of Mach Lake to the northwest (the land of Mach Lake including the adjacent plots of Mach Lake, from the shores of Mach Lake and its protection zone), along the shores of Mach Lake (the border), including the land no. 2637 / 1 in K. Doksaksa Lake, from the shore of Mach. On the road it goes about 340 m northwest and then passes to local communication no. 1895 / 4 in K. Doksy near Máchov Lake, on which it continues northwest direction about 900 m until the intersection with forest road no. 1907 / 1 in K. Ú. Doksy near Máchov Lake, on which it heads approximately 150 south direction. Here it passes on the forest road no. 1876 in K. Ú. Doksy at Máchov Lake, on which it is heading in the western direction to the railway (line no. 080), on the road around 240 m south direction, on the northern border of the land no. 1870 in K. Ú. Jestřebí near České Lípa) continues in the south direction to the field road on the property no. 741 in the K. Jesěbí near České Lípa, on which it reaches the southeast direction on the I / 9 road. Following the road, he continues to the village of Zahrádky, where he passes on the border of the land no. 579 in the north-east direction of the pond (and the border of the NPR Nov-zámecký pond), along the border of the NPR along the border of the NPR along the border of the NPR along the border of the NPR along the border of the NPR along the border of the road no. 816 / 1 in the eastern border of the Czech Lípa and along the road along the road no. 2 in the Old Lípa, along the dam of the pond and along the eastern border along the border of the northern border of the northern border of the road no. 576 in the Czech Lípa. The forest road passes to plot 134 in the eastern direction of the forest trees until the intersection with the forest road 153 in the eastern direction. On the road he goes south to Hradčany in the length of 2500 m, in Hradčany in front of the pond he turns to local communication (lands No 482 / 1 and 482 / 2 in K. Ú. Hradčany nad Ploučnice) and continues in the south-easterly direction already along the forest road of approx. 200 m on land No 497 in K. Ú. Hradčany nad Ploučnice, here he crosses to the northern border of land No 523, 542, 566 and 567, western and northern border of land No 571, 131 / 2, 137 / 2 and 131 / 3 all in K. Ú. At the northernmost point of the latter parcel, the forest road on the property 121 in K. Hradčany nad Ploučnice is heading in the southeast direction about 390 m to the road II / 268. It is then headed in a southeast direction of approx. 3800 m in length, before the seat of Kuřivoda turns southwest towards the field road on plot No 338 v. Kuřivoda, which continues around 1000 m, passes to the western and southern border of plot No 277, along the southern border of plot No 275, the western border of land No 271 and 252, and further along the forest road on plot No 246 all the way to road I / 272, along which it continues in length of approximately 4400 m in southern direction. Here it turns on the forest road on the property no. 35 in the k.ú. Vrchbělá (against the grounds of the buildings Jez), after which it leads in the length of about 590 m southwest direction. From there the border passes through plot No 39 / 1 in k.ú. Peak-white according to the spatial distribution of the forest and geodetic orientation west towards the border with plot No 523 in k.ú. Peak-white, this border follows in approximately 60 m north direction and again in western direction overloaded plot No 523 in k.ú. Peak-white, according to geodetic focus, on local communication on plot No 825 / 1 in k.Peak-white. Following this journey of approx. 385 m, the southern and later west direction continues at the intersection (already on the property no. 525 / 20 in k.ú. Vrchwhite). From this intersection the border is again given by a geodetic focus of 1026 m in length This targeted border follows physically from the intersection of asphalt communication of about 180 m in the western direction (arc after communication), ducts northwestern direction of about 400 m in the edge of the forest (not forest), arches south towards the ground, and further along about 400 m in the boundary of the plot 525 / 1 in the K. Ú. Peak, followed by the west direction to the Old Mělnická way to the starting point of the description.

1. When describing the land-use border according to the cadastral register, the land and its boundaries are not taken into account.

2. If the border is guided by roads and railway lines, such a body of communication or railway line shall be viewed as lying outside the protected landscape area.

3. The description of the border according to the cadastral register corresponds to the situation in force on 12 December 2012.
