The Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 28 / 12 on 23 April 2013 in plenary composed of Stanislav Balík, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Korka, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior for the abolition of Article 5 (3) (e) of the General Mandatory Decree of the City of Vimperk 1 / 2010 on the protection of the environment, the protection of the environment, the environment, purity and safety of public spaces, and in the text of the generally binding Decree No. 4 / 2011, amending the General Mandatory Order No 1 / 2010 on the protection of the environment, and safety of the General Obligatory of the Public Health, and the General Obligatory of the Public Affairs of the Public Order No 1 / 2010, on the General Order of the Public Order of the Public Order of the General Order of the Public Health.
