GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 May 2012
on the occupation of soldiers in active duty to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic between 1 June 2012 and 30 June 2015
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
In order to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in order to ensure internal order and security in the territory of the Czech Republic between 1 June 2012 and 30 June 2015, a maximum of 200 soldiers in active service shall be used in order to ensure the protection of the population in the investment operation of the Jordan pond in Tabor.
Soldiers in active service carry out tasks under Section 1 under the command of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. Soldiers in active duty carry out duties with weapons.
The Minister of Defence shall designate soldiers in active service, including military equipment and equipment, to carry out their duties under Section 1.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2012.
