of 7 April 2005
on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 to the 100th anniversary of the production of the first car in Mladá Byslav
The Czech National Bank provides for the Czech National Bank in accordance with § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) On the 100th anniversary of the production of the first car at the Laurin & Klement factory in Mladá Bloslav, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued. The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of the two-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and its strength 2.4 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of two-hundredth stamping in normal and special design, the tolerance allowed shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In the mass, the allowed tolerance is up to 0,26 g and in the silver content is up to 1%.
§ 2
(1) The name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" is placed on the front of the two-hundredth crown at the upper edge of the unclosed copy, which is bounded by dots on both sides. At the bottom edge of the two hundred koruna there is also an unclosed copy of the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK," enclosed by dots on both sides. In the middle of the coin field is a trademark L & K. At the right edge of the two-hundredth crown in the middle is the mark of the mint that drove the two-hundredth crown.
(2) On the reverse of two hundred crowns is a picture of a car made in 1905 in Mladá Byslav. At the upper edge are the "1905- 2005" years in the unclosed copy, at the left, lower and right edges also in the unclosed copy the text "FIRST AUTOMOBIL L & K FROM YOUNG BOLESLAV." Both copies are enclosed by dots. The author of the design of the two hundred crown is the academic sculptor Zbyněch Fojt, whose initials, connected letters "FZ" are located at the right edge of the two hundred crown above the rear fender of the car.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 18 May 2005.
