DECLARATION
of 8 April 2004
amending Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended by Decree No. 153 / 2003 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 62 (5) of the Act:
Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended by Decree No. 153 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 12 (1), the dot at the end of point (j) is replaced by a comma and the following point (k) is added:
"kk)" State border "(No IP 30), which indicates the state border when entering the Czech Republic. On exit from the Czech Republic, a sign shall be provided to draw attention to the entry into another Member State of the European Union entitled" Bundesrepublik Deutschland ', "Polska'," Republic of Österreich 'or "Slovak Republic'. The additional table No E3a may be placed under the mark indicating the distances of the State border indicated on the sign. '
2. In Annex 3, point 5, at the end of point (a), the image and the name of the "IP 30 State Borders' shall be added.

This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2004.
