The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that an agreement was negotiated between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Republic of Colombia on the visa waiver for diplomatic, service and official passports in exchange for the note of 3 May 1995.
The Agreement entered into force on 3 June 1995.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
