Government Regulation
of 26 July 1948
declaring the City Public Hospital in Komarno as a State Institute.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 4, paragraph 2 of the Act of 9 April 1920, No. 242 Coll., on the provisional treatment of the legal conditions of the medical and humanitarian institutions in the Czechoslovak Republic:
The City Public Hospital in Komarno is declared a state institution on 15 March 1948 and is taking over the administration of the State Health Administration.
The Implementing Regulation of 8 March 1948 of the Board of Authors, No 9 SSR, on the nationalisation of the City Public Hospital in Komarno, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 March 1948; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Health in agreement with the Ministers for Finance and Interior.
