on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for the years 2016 - 2019, concluded on 4 April 2016 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Construction and Trade Union Union and Transport Workers' Association, Road Economy and Auto-Repair, Czech Republic - NACE: 08.1, 16.23, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.6, 23.9, 41, and 43, is also binding on other employers with a predominant activity in the sector identified by codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE: 08.1, 16.23, 23.2, 23.5, 23.6, 23.9, 23.9, 23.9, 41 and 43.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
