GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 154 / 2005 Coll., laying down the amount and method of calculation of fees for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 150 (1) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 154 / 2005 Coll., on determining the amount and method of calculation of fees for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, as amended by Government Regulation No. 288 / 2007 Coll., Government Regulation No. 162 / 2008 Coll., Government Regulation No. 228 / 2009 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 156 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence, "for the implementation of Sections 24 (4), 25 (3) and 37 (2) 'is replaced by" for the implementation of Sections 24 (5) and 37 (2)'.
2. in Article 1, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The fee for using radio frequencies for experimental purposes shall be 10% of the fee for using radio frequencies set out in the Annex to this Regulation. ';
3. In the Annex, entry 1 (B) reads as follows:

Note:
For MWS systems (multimedia wireless systems) of the type of arrangement of a point-to-point in the case of two-way radio operation of this system, fees shall be charged in the category of fixed service even if part of the service provided is a radio service. The charges for the use of frequencies by fixed service radio devices with frequencies up to and including 1 GHz (except for radio directional fixed links point-point in the 405 - 425 MHz frequency band) shall be measured by calculating the ground mobile service. ';
4. in the Annex, entry 1, Part F is deleted;
5. In Annex, entry 2, Part A.2 reads as follows:
"A.2. Shortened telephone number fee

6. In the Annex, entry 2 (F) reads as follows:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2012, with the exception of Article I (3), (5) and (6), which shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
