amending Federal Ministry of Interior Decree No. 22 / 1977 Coll., which gives more detailed regulations on the Matrix Act, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 28 of Act No. 268 / 1949 Coll., on Matrices:
Decree No. 22 / 1977 Coll., which gives more detailed regulations on the Matrix Act, as amended by Decree No. 4 / 1991 Coll. and Decree No. 52 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 60 (6) reads:
"(6) If a copy of the matrix book is lost, destroyed or become unfit, taken in accordance with the previous rules, and if a collection of documents is not preserved, the Office with which the copy of the matrix book has been deposited, hereinafter referred to as the competent authority, shall ensure that the copy of the matrix book is drawn up. Where the matrix book is difficult to read for the acquisition of copies, the competent authority may provide a new copy of the matrix book by producing a photocopy of the matrix book. Individual sheets of the copy of the matrix book shall be firmly linked by binding or other appropriate means. The copy of the matrix book shall be marked in accordance with Article 9 of this Decree. '
2. In Article 60, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) If a copy of the matrix book or a photocopy thereof taken in the manner referred to in paragraph 6 is lost, destroyed or an unfit collection of documents deposited with the competent authority shall replace it. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
