GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 May 1993
laying down transitional measures for the gradual replacement of national features of the Czech Republic or the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic with a new national character of the Czech Republic
The Government orders the implementation of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 68 / 1990 Coll., on the Use of the State Sign, State Flag and Other State Symbols of the Czech Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1992 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 358 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 68 / 1993 Coll. ("the Act '):
INTRODUCTION OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC'S ACQUISITION MARK
The authorities, organisations and institutions referred to in § 1 (1) and (2) of the Act may use the national emblem of the Czech Republic (1):

| b) | na budovách, v zasedacích, jednacích a úředních místnostech s architektonickou výzdobou, jejíž součástí je státní znak | |
| do doby generální opravy, nejpozději do 31. 12. 2000; jde-li o kulturní památku, může orgán památkové péče rozhodnout jinak2) | ||
| c) | na úředních sbírkách právních předpisů | do 30. 6. 1993 |
| d) | na stejnokrojích pracovníků orgánů uvedených v § 1 odst. 1 zákona nebo příslušníků ozbrojených sil a bezpečnostních sborů České republiky | do 31. 12. 1995 |
| e) | v ostatních případech | do 31. 12. 1994 |
The authorities, organisations and institutions referred to in § 1 (1) and (2) of the Act may issue personal cards and other documents and certificates bearing the existing national emblem of the Czech Republic until 31 December 1994.3), with the exception of the membership certificate of the representative, which may be issued only until 30 June 1994.
REPRESENTATION OF THE STATE MARK OF THE CZECH AND SLOVENIA FEDERATIVE REPUBLIC
The national emblem of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republics4) can be used

Personal cards and other documents and certificates bearing the national emblem of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic may be issued until 31 December 1993.3)
PROVISIONS TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL
(1) The issue of banknotes, coins, securities and other prices of the Czech Republic bearing the national emblem of the Czech Republic must start no later than 31 December 1993.
(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall not apply unless otherwise provided for in specific legislation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
