THE LAW
of 8 November 1988
amending Act No. 144 / 1970 Coll., on the State Bank of Czechoslovakia
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 144 / 1970 Coll., on the State Bank of Czechoslovakia, is amended as follows:
Article 3 (b) reads as follows:
"(b) determines the course of the Czechoslovak Crown to foreign currencies on the basis of principles approved by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic; determines the price of gold in banking operations, ';
In Article 2 (1) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 25 / 1961 Coll., the text after the words "Czechoslovak koruna (Kès) 'is deleted and the comma after these words is replaced by a dot.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1989.
