of 11 December 1969
on the additional levy by foreign trade organisations
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic pursuant to Article 9 (2) of Act No. 83 / 1966 Coll., on the Fourth Five Year Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, and pursuant to § 5 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 172 / 1969 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1970, states:
(1) In 1970, the Foreign Trade Organisation carried out an additional levy on the special account of the superior authority.
(2) The rules on the amount and method of levy for each organisation are laid down by the Ministry of Commerce in an agreement with the Ministry of Finance.
Ministry of Commerce in agreement with Ministry of Planning, Industry and Finance:
(a) use an additional levy of CZK 200 million to support export production;
(b) use an additional levy yield of up to 500 million CZK to offset price differences for short-term sensitive items;
(c) specify the conditions under which the production organisations will be provided with the means to support the production for export.
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1970.
