amending the Decree of the President of the Republic on a general duty.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The provisions of Section 4 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 1 October 1945, No. 88 Coll., on general employment, are amended and read as follows:
"Allocation to work may be for a maximum period of one year; that period may be extended only for urgent reasons, not more than twice, for no more than one year. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Social Welfare in agreement with participating members of the Government.
