Order of the Minister of Technology
of 7 September 1946
excluding other municipalities from the effectiveness of the provisions of Section 1 of the Government Decree of 21 March 1942, No 109 Coll., on the amendment of the construction regulations (1st amendment).
The Ministry of Technology declares in agreement with the Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 2 of Decree No. 109 / 1942 Coll.:
The following municipalities are excluded from the effectiveness of Paragraph 1 of the Law No. 109 / 1942 Coll.:
a) in the Czech Republic: Beroun, Havlíčkova Brod, Čáslav, Domažlice, Jindřich Hradec, Humpolec, Chrudim, Jičín, Klatovy, Louny, Měník, Nákod, Nová Paka, Poděbrady, Rakovnice, Rokycany, Roudnice nad Labem, Romans, Strakonice and Turnov,
(b) in the land of Moravian-Silesian: Hodonin and Třebíč.
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
