DECLARATION
of 21 June 2022
amending Decree No. 53 / 2014 Coll., on Forms Forms pursuant to the Law on addictive substances
According to Section 44b of Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 74 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 273 / 2013 Coll.:
Decree No. 53 / 2014 Coll., on Forms Forms under the Law on addictive substances, is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 1 (1) (v) to (z) and 2 (a) and (b), the word "plants" shall be inserted after the word "cultivation."
2. In Article 1 (2) (c), the words "and hemp 'are deleted.
3. in Paragraph 1 (2) (d), the words "and hemp" shall be deleted;
4. In Article 1, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (e) and (f) are added:
"(e) the report by the Directorate-General for Customs on sown areas of technical hemp plants and their estimates pursuant to Section 43 (6) (c) of the Act in Annex 31 thereto,
(f) the annual report by the Directorate-General for Customs on the cultivation of technical hemp pursuant to Article 43 (6) (d) of the Act in Annex 32 to this Decree. ';
5. Annexes 1 to 30 shall read:
