on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2017, which was concluded on 18.4.2017 between the Higher Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Workers of Agriculture and Nutrition - Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic and Employers' Organisations - Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, with a major activity in the sector identified codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE Level 1, code A Agriculture, Forestry, Forestry, Forestry, Fisheries.
