Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 174 / 2016 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2016, concluded on 17 December 2015 between the Employers' Organisation - Association of the Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry and the Higher Trade Union - Trade Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector classified in the classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 13, 14 and 15.
