GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 June 2015
repealing Government Regulation No. 125 / 2011 Coll., on the establishment of information obligations for recipients of animal products at the place of destination, as amended by Government Regulation No. 212 / 2014 Coll.
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 102 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 120 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 208 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 223 / 2009 Coll.
The following shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 125 / 2011 Coll., on establishing information obligations for recipients of animal products at the place of destination.
2. Government Regulation No. 212 / 2014 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 125 / 2011 Coll., on the establishment of information obligations for recipients of animal products at the place of destination.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2015.
