amending Decree No. 376 / 2005 Coll., determining the amount of the payment for food and accommodation provided at the asylum facility, the amount of the allowance and the deadlines for its payment
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 42 paragraph 7 and § 42a paragraph 4 of Act No. 325 / 1999 Coll., on Asylum and amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on Asylum), as amended by Act No. 350 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 165 / 2006 Coll.:
In Sections 2 and 3 of Decree No. 376 / 2005 Coll., determining the amount of the payment for food and accommodation provided at the asylum facility, the amount of the allowance and the dates of its payment, the word "asylum 'is replaced by the words" international protection'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2006.
