DECLARATION
of 7 April 2004
amending Decree No. 53 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 242 / 2000 Coll., on Organic Agriculture and amending Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, as amended, as amended by Decree No. 263 / 2003 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 35 of Act No. 242 / 2000 Coll., on organic farming and amending Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended, ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 4 (2), § 6 (12), § 10 (3) (b), § 11 (1) (c), (d), (e) and (f) and § 11 (3), § 24 (3), § 26 (2), § 14 (1) (b), (d), (e), (f) and (i), § 20 (2) (a), § 21 (2), § 16 (1) (a), § 17 (2), § 18 (3), § 19 (3), § 19 (5), (8), 8) and (10), § 20 (2), § 21 (a), § 21 (3), § 22 (3), § 22 (6), § 24 (4), § 25 (1), § 25 (2), § 25 (2), § 26 (2), § 26
Decree No. 53 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 242 / 2000 Coll., on Organic Agriculture and amending Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, as amended, as amended by Decree No. 263 / 2003 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
(1) Paragraph 1, including footnotes 1) and 2) shall read as follows:
(1) The organic farming conditions and the conditions for the production of organic foodstuffs are governed by immediately binding provisions of the European Communities. 1)
(2) In organic farming, only the following species of livestock may be kept in accordance with European Community law: 2) [bovine, horse, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, poultry, fish and Central European ecotypes of honey bees Apis melifera (hereinafter referred to as "the listed animals').
1) Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092 / 91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs, as amended by Commission Regulation No 2277 / 2003. Commission Regulation (EC) No 1788 / 2001 of 7 September 2001 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of the provisions concerning the certification of imports from third countries provided for in Article 11 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092 / 91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs, as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1918 / 2002. Commission Regulation (EEC) No 207 / 93 of 29 January 1993 defining the content of Annex VI to Regulation (EEC) No 2092 / 91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs and laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 5 (4) of that Regulation, as amended by Commission Regulation No 2020 / 2000.
2) § 3 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll. '
2. Article 3 shall be deleted, including the title.
(3) Sections 2 and 3, including footnotes 2) to 10) shall be deleted.
(4) Section 4 shall be deleted with the exception of Sections 22 and 24, including footnote 11).
(5) Section 5 shall be deleted with the exception of Section 33, including footnotes 12 to 15.
6. Article 34 shall be deleted;
7. Paragraph 36 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
8. Article 37 shall be deleted;
9. Annexes 2 to 11 are deleted.
10. Annex No 13 is deleted.
11. Annex No 16 is deleted.
12. Annex No 17 is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
