DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 128 / 1993 Coll., implementing the Civil ID Act, as amended by Decree No. 213 / 1994 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to Section 13 of Act No. 75 / 1957 Coll., on Civil Documents:
Decree No. 128 / 1993 Coll., implementing the Civil ID Act, as amended by Decree No. 213 / 1994 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1), including footnotes (4a), (5) and (5a):
"(1) If, at the time of issuing a new ID, a citizen simultaneously applies for the registration of an academic degree, academic degree or other degree of graduate of a university, or the designation of a graduate of a higher vocational school, 4a) who did not have an existing citizenship certificate, the relevant document, such as diploma, university certificate, proof of the composition of a state rigorous examination or rigorous examinations 5) or a certificate of the discharge of a higher vocational school shall be presented. (a) There is only one title to be written before the citizen's surname. At the request of a citizen, other degrees and titles of a graduate of a higher vocational school are entered in the section for special records.
4 (a) § 27a (2) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll.
5) Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on higher education institutions and amending and supplementing other laws (Act on higher education).
5a) § 27b (2) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., as amended by Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll. '.
2. Paragraph 4 (6) reads as follows:
"(6) Photographs required for the issue of a card shall be sharp, non-tensioned, made from the same negative on a smooth shiny half-carton or made by an apparatus with simultaneous exposure to multiple lenses, of a dimensions of 35 x 45 mm, showing the citizen in front of the face with a height of the face of the head from the chin to the chin of at least 13 mm, without glasses with dark glass except blind and without the headgear, unless its use is justified for reasons of religion or health; However, the headgear shall not cover the facial part in such a way as to prevent the identification of the citizen. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
