determining how the basic condition for entitlement to national pension benefits for seasonal workers in agriculture and forestry is met.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 61, paragraph 5 of the Act of 15 April 1948, No. 99 Coll., on National Insurance:
§ 1.
The basic condition laid down in § 61 (1) of the National Insurance Act for the creation of pension rights referred to in § 60 (1) (a) to (g) of the same Act is satisfied either by the arrangements laid down in the National Insurance Act or by the fact that the insured person has been insured for a total of at least 730 days in the last five years before the date of the benefit or before his death as a seasonal worker in agriculture or forestry.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1948; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with the Ministers involved.
