on the definition of nature conservation zones The protected landscape areas of the Blansky Forest
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Definition of zones
(1) Tiered nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as "the zone") are defined in the territory of the protected landscape area of the Blansky les1.
(2) The indication of the nature protection zones of the protected landscape area on the basis of a copy of the cadastral map is given in the Annex to this decree and, including the electronic form, is stored in the central conservation lists2).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2022.
