of 13 June 2013
on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2013, concluded on 8 February 2013 between the Department of Workers of the Timber Industry, Forestry and Water Management in the Czech Republic and the Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association and the Association of the Czech Paper Industry, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, with a dominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE: 17.11 and 17.12.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
