GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 June 2011
amending Government Regulation No 197 / 2005 Coll., laying down the conditions for granting aid for the implementation of measures to improve the general conditions for the production and marketing of apiculture products, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 2b (2) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., and under § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll.:
Government Decree No 197 / 2005 Coll., laying down the conditions for granting a subsidy for the implementation of measures to improve the general conditions for the production and marketing of apiculture products, as amended by Government Decree No. 285 / 2007 Coll. and Government Decree No. 373 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 (4) (a) (1), the words "who have a secondary education in apiculture or have a higher education, where appropriate," shall be replaced by the words "who have a higher education or a secondary education with a certificate in the apiculture sector, or have obtained a professional qualification as a teacher of vocational training for apiculture education or hold a certificate obtained in the apiculture teacher's course;"
2. In Article 4 (4) (c) (1), the words "having a secondary education in apiculture or a higher education, where appropriate," shall be replaced by the words "having a higher education or a secondary education with a certificate in the apiculture sector, or having received a professional qualification as a teacher of vocational training for apiculture education or holding a certificate obtained in the apiculture teacher's course, ';
Transitional provisions
1. The application for a grant for the organisation of training courses for bee breeders held between 1 September 2010 and 31 December 2010, submitted until 30 June 2011, shall be assessed in accordance with Government Decree No 197 / 2005 Coll., as effective until 31 December 2010.
2. The application for a subsidy for the organisation of lectures for bee breeders held between 1 September 2010 and 31 December 2010, submitted until 30 June 2011, shall be assessed in accordance with Government Regulation No 197 / 2005 Coll., as effective until 31 December 2010.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 June 2011.
