GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 April 2001
amending Government Regulation No 358 / 2000 Coll., on remuneration for the performance of the duties of members of the Councils
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), Act No. 129 / 2000 Coll., on Counties (regional establishment), and Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague:
Government Decree No 358 / 2000 Coll., on remuneration for the duties of members of councils, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3, the following shall be added at the end of paragraph 6: "unless otherwise specified in this Regulation '.
2. In Article 4, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) In 2001, the vacated members of the councils receive an additional remuneration of half the amount to which they would otherwise be entitled. An additional remuneration of half of the amount which would otherwise have been available under this Regulation may be granted to non-released representatives in 2001. The additional remuneration calculated in accordance with this paragraph shall be rounded up to the whole hundred crowns. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
