of 27 July 1999
repealing Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides for Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., and pursuant to § 7 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the state administration of the Czech Republic, as amended:
Decree No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 275 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 260 / 1997 Coll. and Decree No. 178 / 1998 Coll., is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1999.
