The Council of the Regional National Committee in Trnava determines, pursuant to Article 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 2 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, and under Article 5 (3) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 131 / 1970 Coll., on the establishment of regional national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic and on measures with that continuity, building office I. degree
City National Committee in Vrbová, Trnava district.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
