determining the date of entry into force of the Act of 15 May 1946, No 134 Coll., on the benefit from the property increase and on the benefit from the property.
According to the provisions of § 87, paragraph 1 of the Act of 15 May 1946, No 134 Coll., on the benefit from the property increase and on the benefit from the property, I declare:
The Act of 15 May 1946, No. 134 Coll., on the levy on property gains and on the levy on property, takes effect on 30 September 1946.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
