extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, states that the Collective contract of higher degrees for the years 2025 - 2026 of 20 February 2025, which was concluded between the Senior Trade Union Body - Union of Glass, ceramics and porcelain and the Employers' Organisation - Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector designated by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 23.1, 23.41 and 23.42.
