of 5 June 2009
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.3.2009 and 31.5.2009:
1. II. amendment of the Sectoral Collective contracts of higher degree concluded between the Union of Postal, Telecommunications and Newspaper Service Staff and the Czech Union of Posts, Telecommunications and Press Distribution Employers (of 18 November 2008).
2. Appendix 1 Collective contracts of higher degree concluded between the Czech and Moravian Electrotechnical Association and the KOVO Union for the period from 1 January 2009 - 31 December 2010 (of 20 April 2009).
