THE LAW
of 7 June 2007
amending Act No 235 / 2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Annex 1 to Act No. 235 / 2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 319 / 2006 Coll., the following entry is added:
| „4401 | Palivové dřevo v polenech, špalcích, větvích, otepích nebo podobných tvarech; dřevěné štěpky nebo třísky; piliny a dřevěný odpad a zbytky, též aglomerované do polen, briket, pelet nebo podobných tvarů.“. |
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
