GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 April 2006
on the determination of the value of the control tape intended to mark alcohol produced in the tax territory of the Czech Republic or in the tax territory of the Czech Republic imported
The Government orders pursuant to § 5 (4) of Act No. 676 / 2004 Coll., on compulsory marking of alcohol and amending Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended:
The value of the control tape intended to mark alcohol produced in the tax territory of the Czech Republic or in the tax territory of the Czech Republic imported is fixed at CZK 0.40 per piece.
Government Decree No. 257 / 2005 Coll., on the determination of the value of the control tape intended to mark alcohol produced in the tax territory of the Czech Republic or in the tax territory of the Czech Republic imported, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2006.
