Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 3 October 1975
on the protection and the time, manner and conditions of hunting of certain species of game
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic and other participating central authorities of the state administration and after consulting the Slovak Hunting Union, provides, pursuant to Sections 26 and 30 (2) of Act No. 23 / 1962 Coll., on hunting (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):
Defending and hunting time
§ 1
Defence
(1) Throughout the year, the following species of game are defended: mountain camels, horticulture, horticulture, horticulture, horticulture, horticulture, horticulture, horseradish, horticulture - all species of the genus Erinaceus (with the exception of the provisions of § 3 (1)), horticulture (with the exception of the provisions of § 3 (1), horticulture (with the exception of the provisions of § 3 (1), horticulture (with the exception of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species of the species concerned, Alfaloracea, except:
(2) In order to protect the species of game referred to in paragraph 1, users of hunting and hunting grounds are required to protect their environment, in particular nests, tocanines and riveryards.
(3) The following species of game are not protected: fox, raccoon, skewer, skewer, field hamster, gopher, grey crow and maggot.
Fishing time
§ 2
(1) The fishing time for the following species of game shall be as follows:
1. the field hare from 1 November to 31 December;
2. wild rabbit from 1 August to 31 December,
3. musk ondatra from 1 October to 15 April,
4. a hunk of wood and rock from 1 November to 31 January (except for the provisions of § 3 (1)),
5. badger from 1 August to 30 November (except for § 3 (1)),
6. wild cat from 1 December to 28 February (except for § 3 (1)),
The 7th feature of the isles from 16 September to 28 February,
8th wolf from 16 September to 28 February,
9. wild boar (1) from 16 July to 15 January,
10. Derogation from 1 September to 31 December
11. European deer (1) from 1 August to 31 December,
12. sika1 deer) from 1 September to 31 December,
13. Herring 1) from 1 September to 31 December,
14. Herring from 16 May to 30 September,

33. Soybean from 1 June to 31 March (except for § 3 (1)).
(2) If the first or last day of the prohibition on fishing for the day of work is still available, fishing may also take place on that day.
(3) The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply to the fishing of game in the field to which the branch serves.
§ 3
(1) In separate and recognised pheasants, a wild cat, a badger, a hedgehog, a horse-eater, a horse-eater (only to be caught in the baskets), a wild hawk (only to be caught in the baskets), a weasel of fries, a weasel of the kolchava, a soya, a field raven, a common raven and a laughing seagull.
(2) It is possible to fish for laughing seagulls all year round and on other ponds from 1 August to 30 November.
(3) In the protection zone of the territory of the Tatra National Park, deer trophy game III and IV may only be fished between 1 September and 31 October.
(4) In the hunts in which hares and pheasants were caught, the shooting of rabbits and pheasants is permitted until 15 January.
(5) The Regional National Committee may, after consulting the Slovak Hunting Union and the Regional Centre for State Heritage and Nature Protection, authorise, at the request of the user of the hunt, to choose from one or more nests of a forest hawk, a redneck and a kestrel, if there are more young than one in those nests. The user of the chase can only sell the cubs selected from the nest of the forest hawk, the redneck and the kestrel through the Slovak hunting union (§ 12 (2)) for falcon purposes.
Fishing methods and conditions and restrictions
§ 4
General principles
(1) Fishing for game of use (shoot and catch) may only be carried out in accordance with an approved game plan and only to the extent that its tribal status is not jeopardised. Hunitebes are required to add animals each year according to the instructions of the Regional National Committee.
(2) It shall be prohibited to fish for game subject to hunting and hunting plans, the breeding and hunting of which has not been planned in hunting.
(3) The cloven-hoofed game can only be shot by a bullet; the pig is also wild with a single shotgun. It shall be prohibited to fish for cloven-hoofed game at night, in the period from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise. A wild pig is allowed to fish at night only on clear moonlit nights in the 3 days before the culmination and 3 days after the culmination of the full moon, and only through satisfactory observation and shooting optics.
(4) A beast can also be hunted with a ferret.
(5) The members of the Socolonic Clubs may also fish by means of falconies.
(6) The following shall be prohibited:
(a) to fish for game from motor vehicles;
b) shoot feathered animals in nests and shoot nests,
c) to shoot feathered animals on pronunciations;
(d) catch animals in irons and hawks;
(e) to fish for cloven-hoofed game (other than wild boar) with a catch or pressure;
(f) to select pups of wild boar and wolf from the den,
(g) to fish for herring by scaring or using the dog;
h) shoot musk ondatra,
(i) catching and keeping cloven-hoofed animals in captivity.
§ 5
Shoot the little game
(1) Hare, pheasants, partridges, wild ducks and wild geese can only be shot during common hunting with the participation of at least three shooters and the necessary number of hunting fit dogs. 2) In or in parts of forests where the rabbit is not normalized and yet occasionally occurs and causes damage to forest cultures, the district national committee may, at the request of the user of the hunt, allow the shooting and the lonely way of hunting.
(2) In permanently and perfectly fenced vineyards, gardens, fruit orchards, fruit nurseries and forest plantations, a rabbit and wild rabbit may be hunted throughout the year; fire on these areas, if they are part of the chase as hunting grounds, only the hunting operator and his authorised hunting guards can perform the hunting.
(3) Hounds and partridges can only be fired once a year on the same surface.
(4) The pheasants may be fired on the same area no more than three times a year. Peasants of chickens can only be shot in pheasants or in hunts with a half-life of pheasants in which chicks are released annually.
(5) Wild ducks and wild geese can also be shot on the move, not earlier than an hour before sunrise and not later than an hour after sunset on days of working rest and on the evening move before such a day.
Common Hunts
§ 6
(1) The number of hunts in each chase shall be proportionate to the hunting surface, the actual state of the game and the shooting plan; The number of shooters and hounds involved in each hunt must also be proportionate to the hunting area, the number of treatments and the preliminaries of the shooting (number of animals intended to be shot for each hunt).
(2) In order to ensure small game populations, at least a quarter of the total hunting area is excluded from hunting and catching each year. This part of the chase shall be comprehensive and appropriate to the game. This restriction shall not apply to the regulatory blast and catch of pheasants in recognised pheasants.
(3) Chases may only be held on Saturdays and working days. In exceptional cases (e.g. for safety reasons in the vicinity of large cities where hunting is visited for recreational purposes), the District National Committee may also authorise hunts on a weekday basis. In the hunts in which fees have been agreed for foreigners, in state-reserved hunts and in hunts in which the state organisation exercises the right of hunting for its own account, the hunt may also be held on a weekday; This also applies between 1 and 15 January for hunts where hares and pheasants were caught (Section 3 (4)).
§ 7
(1) The user of the hunt is obliged to submit a plan of common hunting for small game (excluding wild ducks and wild geese) to the Regional National Committee and the Slovak Hunting Union, no later than one month before the specified time of hunting. Changes in the dates of Individual Hunts are required to report to the Regional National Committee and the Slovak Hunting Association Regional Committee no later than 5 days before the hunting date.
(2) The head of the hunt is obliged to check whether all participating shooters have valid hunting tickets, whether they have properly registered weapons and whether their serial numbers match. If someone finds that his hunting ticket is invalid or the gun or gun number of that weapon does not agree with the entry in the hunting ticket, he is obliged to ask him to leave the hunt and report the case to the Public Security Authority. He is also obliged to take care of proper hunting arrangements and to draw attention to the safety rules when using hunting weapons. He shall also be obliged to exclude from further participation in the hunt of his participant who has violated or is under the influence of alcohol or is enjoying or is on the hunt.
(3) Joint hunting operations may not take part in: As shooters of persons under 18 years of age, except for pupils of forestry and agricultural schools, if they participate in the pursuit of practical teaching. Persons under 15 years of age may not participate in joint hunting.
(4) For the first three shooters, and for every five shooters, one hunting dog must be fit for each hunt.
(5) At the end of each course, the head of the hunt must ensure the loading and treatment of the game in order to prevent its degradation; after the hunt He is obliged to provide a statement.
(6) No later than the following day after the hunt, the hunting operator is obliged to provide a search of the shooting game using a hunting-fit dog; only he and his authorized hunting guard members can have a hunting weapon with surveillance. A new hunt shall not be the nature of the inspection.
§ 8
Exemptions for certain organisations
Paragraph 5 (3) and (4) and the limitations of paragraphs 1 and 5 as regards the number of shooters and the number of hunts, paragraphs 8 (1) and (3) and 7 (1) shall not apply to hunts in which the exercise of hunting rights is reserved under Article 18 (1) of the Law and to hunts under the jurisdiction of the Federal Ministry of National Defence.
§ 9
Catch and sell of game
(1) In drawing up the hunting and farming plan, the users of the hunt shall, before the shooting, be required to ensure, as a priority, the capture of small game for domestic game restocking and export in accordance with the instructions of the Slovak Hunting Union.
(2) The Regional National Committee may, in hunts which have exceptionally high animal populations, permit the user to hunt on the recommendation of the Slovak Hunting Union District Committee to catch an adequate number of animals above the approved hunting plan.
(3) Catching, holding and breeding other animals can only be done with the consent of the Slovak Hunting Association.
(4) Only the Slovak hunting association may buy and sell the animals referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3. 3)
§ 10
Musk fishing
Ondatra musk can only be caught during hunting. It shall be prohibited to behave musk musk in captivity and carry it alive.
§ 11
Shoot the cloven-hoofed game
(1) The cloven-hoofed animals can only be shot at by a hunting permit indicating the age class of the individual authorised to be shot; In doing so, it is necessary to maintain the principle that deer of the IV age class may only be shot from 1 September to 31 October and deer of the III age class from 1 July to 31 August. The cloven-hoofed game - except wild pig - can only be hunted in a lonely way with a scrotum or waiting.
(2) The shooting of breeding deer, i.e. breeding fangs in the 2nd year, promising young deer of the 2nd age class (3 to 5 years), breeding crown deer of the 3rd age class (6 to 9 years) and breeding deer of the 4th age class (10 to 12 years) is prohibited. Of the crown deer of the II and III age classes, deer with short and weak antlers or with short branches in the crowns, and 8 to 9 years of deer with one-sided crown, shall not be regarded as breeding deer. From crown deer of the IV age class, deer with one-sided crown and deer over 12 years of age shall not be considered breeding.
(3) It shall be prohibited to shoot young and adolescents from 1 to 5 years of breeding deer, muflon and breeding tax.
(4) In the event of overgrowth of the wild game, if such game is causing damage to agricultural crops, the district national committee may, after the opinion of the Slovak Hunting Union, authorise the release of wild boar (piglets) pups from 15 June.
(5) The Slovakian Hunting Union will organize annual breeding shows of trophies. The hunting operator is obliged to submit all trophies caught by the trophy game along with the upper and lower jaws for consideration to the district committee of the Slovak hunting union in whose district the hunt lies. For game caught by foreign hunters, photographs and scoring tables shall be submitted instead of trophies; This also applies to trophies that have been allowed to be exported abroad.
§ 12
Captive hunting predators
(1) The Slovak Hunting Union shall keep records of the hawks of the forest, the rednecks, the kestrel and other predators where their use for falconry has been authorised (§ 13 (1)). Breeders of these hunting predators are obliged to report to the Slovak hunting association all hunting predators that are kept in captivity. The Slovakian Hunting Association will issue them a record sheet and metal rings; Without registration sheets and metal rings, breeding of hunting predators in captivity is not permitted.
(2) The death or other loss of a hunting predator kept in captivity shall be reported to the Slovak hunting association.
(3) The sale and purchase of hunting predators can only be carried out through the Slovak hunting association.
§ 13
Selfism
(1) Selfish means the possession of game predators and the hunting of game by such predators. As hunting predators, the hawk of the forest, the redneck and the kestrel or other predators may be used, provided that its use for falconry is authorised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic on the recommendation of the Slovak Hunting Association.
(2) The Slovak Hunting Union organises the holders of hunting predators. Holders of hunting predators must be members of a falconry club established with the approval of the Central Committee of the Slovak Hunting Association.
(3) A hunting ticket and a hunting permit are required when hunting game by hunting predators.
(4) Hunting predators can only be kept by members of a Sokolnik club which is obliged to keep records of captive predators.
Final provisions
§ 14
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic may, in agreement with the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic for certain types of game and areas, allow for a transitional period exemptions from the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this Decree.
§ 15
The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 4 / 1967 Coll., on the defence and on the time, manner and conditions for hunting certain species of game is hereby repealed.
§ 16
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
