DECISION
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 19 June 2013
on the abolition of emergency conditions for the territory of South Bohemia, the Pilsen Region and the territory of the capital city of Prague
Government of the Czech Republic
delete
a) in accordance with Article 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, for the territory of the South Bohemia Region, Pilsen Region and for the territory of the capital of Prague from 24.00 hours on 19 June 2013 emergency status, declared by the Government Decision of 2 June 2013, published under No. 140 / 2013 Coll., from 21.00 hours on 2 June 2013
and
(b) in accordance with Article 3 (8) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Crisis Act), as amended, the state of danger for part of the territory of the South Bohemia Region, declared by Decision of the Governor of the South Bohemia Region of 2 June 2013 No 1 / 2013, and for the territory of the capital city of Prague, declared by decision of the Mayor of the City of Prague of 2 June 2013 No 1 / 2013.
This Decision shall take effect on 19 June 2013 from 24.00.
