GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 28 April 2008
amending Government Regulation No. 365 / 1999 Coll., on the amount and conditions of remuneration of sentenced persons in employment in the execution of prison sentences, as amended by Government Regulation No. 414 / 2000 Coll.
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 33 (1) of Act No. 169 / 1999 Coll., on the execution of the prison sentence and on the amendment of certain related laws:
Government Decree No. 365 / 1999 Coll., on the amount and conditions of remuneration of sentenced persons in employment in the execution of prison sentences, as amended by Government Decree No. 414 / 2000 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 5, including the title, reads:
Extra charge for work at night
The sentenced is paid 10% of the total of the basic part of the remuneration and the evaluation of the performance, but at least CZK 6.50 per hour. "
2. Paragraph 6, including the title and footnotes Nos 3 to 5, reads:
Extra charge for work in a difficult working environment
(1) To a convicted person who carries out work under a contract between a prison and a business entity), the allowance for work in a difficult working environment is equal to the amount paid by the business entity to its employees (4).
(2) The sentenced person who is assigned to work in cases other than those referred to in paragraph 1 shall be entitled to an allowance for work in a difficult working environment to the same extent as he is provided to public service and administration workers under another legislation (5).
3) Paragraph 30 (2) of Act No. 169 / 1999 Coll., on the execution of a prison sentence and on the amendment of certain related laws.
4) Paragraph 7 of Decree No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment.
5) Paragraph 7 (1) of Decree No 564 / 2006 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
