THE LAW
of 20 April 2006
amending Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., on the abolition of the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance in the privatisation of the Czech Republic (Act on the abolition of the National Property Fund), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 5 (3) of Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., on the abolition of the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance to privatise the assets of the Czech Republic (Act on the abolition of the National Property Fund), the following point 14 is added at the end of point (c):
"14. to transfer the amount of CZK 5 000 000 000 obtained for 2005 from the profit of the State's participation in ČEZ, a. s. and OSINEK companies, a. s. to the state budget and intended to eliminate the flood damage incurred in 2006 and to implement new flood measures,."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
