DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic and Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 3 October 1975
amending the animal list
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic, after consulting the Slovak Hunting Union, provide, pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 23 / 1962 Coll., on hunting (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):
New game species
The list of game referred to in § 19 (1) of the Act is extended by the following species:
(a) game of use:
alectoris graeca,
Hedgehog - all species of the genus Erinaceus;
(b) harmful game:
Atlantic salmon (Citellus cltellus),
Field hamster (Cricetus cricetus).
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
