CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 19 December 1968
establishing federal ministries and federal committees
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on the following constitutional law:
Čl. 1
The following federal ministries are hereby established:
Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
Ministry of National Defence,
Ministry of the Interior,
The Ministry of Planning,
Ministry of Finance,
Ministry of Foreign Trade,
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
Čl. 2
The following Federal Committees are hereby established:
the Price Committee,
the Technical and Investment Development Committee,
the Industry Committee,
the Committee on Agriculture and Nutrition,
the Transport Committee,
the Postal and Telecommunications Committee,
the Committee for Press and Information.
Čl. 3
Federal ministries and federal committees as central authorities of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic carry out tasks in matters falling within the competence of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
Čl. 4
The Federal Ministry is in charge and the Minister is responsible for his work. The Secretary of State is involved in the administration of the Federal Ministry.
Čl. 5
This constitutional law shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
