on the Czechoslovak Journalist Prize
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
A "Czechoslovak Journalist Prize" is hereby established as a token of the honorary recognition of press, radio, television and news film workers who have contributed to the realisation of the ideas of socialism and communism by their important journalism and publicity activities.
The Czechoslovak Journalist Prize is awarded by the President of the Republic, generally on the occasion of On September 21.
The holders of the Czechoslovak Journalist Prize have the right to wear an honorary ribbon. The price is associated with a reward of 20,000 CZK.
Act No. 207 / 1946 Coll., on the award of the state journalistic prize of Karel Havlíček Borovský, and Government Decree No. 30 / 1962 Coll., on the state journalistic prize of Václav Kopecký.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 September 1964.
