DECLARATION
of 12 May 2016
on the fixing of a flat-rate amount of costs for the review of the contracting authority's procurement operations
According to § 266 paragraph 1 of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, the Ministry of Local Development provides:
Flat-rate amount of management costs
The flat-rate amount of the costs of the procedure for reviewing the acts of the contracting authority, which the contracting authority is obliged to pay in the event that the Competition Authority has decided to impose corrective measures or prohibit the performance of the contract, is CZK 30 000.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 October 2016.
