DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 398 / 2008 Coll., on the Statistical Survey Programme 2009
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 398 / 2008 Coll., on Statistical Survey Programme 2009, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Parts I and II, the heading:
117. Establishments 2009 Census network of retail, accommodation and hospitality establishments,
120. Monthly survey of the prices of industrial raw materials and foodstuffs on world exchanges
deleted.
2. In Annex No 2, Parts I and II (h), Ministry of the Environment, item number
1. Vod (MŽP) 1-01 Annual report on the payment of waste water discharge charges in surface water,
2. Vod (MŽP) 3-01 Annual report on watercourses pollution,
3. Mind (MRU) 2-01 Annual report on hunting, hunting and hunting in national parks,
4. Les (MZP) 4-01 Annual report on state-owned forest management in the territory of the national parks of the Czech Republic and their protection zones,
11. F-gases (MRU) 1-01 Annual report on F-gases
deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
